Edward joined Edmund Kirby in 2000 He completed a first degree in History and Economics in 1974 and a PG Diploma in Town Planning qualifying as Chartered Town Planner in 1975. Post qualification experience was gained with New Town Development Corporations, Country and District Planning Authorities specialising in both development plan and development control.

Edward lectured in Town Planning between 1985 and 1990 and was RICS Director of Education until 2000.

Specific Experience

Conducting retail planning analyses, including catchment expenditure and retail impact assessment, advising on waste management and materials recycling operations and Edward has represented clients in the following Appeals and Public Inquiries:
