Howard initially gained experience in the Inland Revenue Valuation Office, undertaking statutory valuations, including rating, compensation, taxation, together with general valuation work and later specialised in licensed property.
Howard joined Edmund Kirby in 1991. His specialisations are compulsory purchase and compensation, asset valuations and licensed property and leisure. His experience has been throughout England and Wales and includes numerous Valuation Tribunal appearances and making Lands Tribunal References. He has also appeared as an Expert Witness at Public Inquiries to Compulsory Purchase Orders.
Specific Experience
Howard has provided advice on retail, office, industrial, distribution and storage premises, public houses, hotels and off-licensed premises, schools and colleges, oil refineries, petrol filling stations, agricultural feed mills, waste disposal plants and peat fields and Health Authority premises including, hospitals, clinics, surgeries and ambulance stations for private limited companies, private clients and public sector organisations.
