A graduate in Mathematics, since joining Edmund Kirby in 2002 John has been working closely with Charles Hubbard and other valuation surveyors in dealing with commercial and industrial valuations for bank lending and compensation claim purposes. He has also agreed lease extensions and freehold acquisitions of residential property throughout Merseyside under the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Acts.
Specific Experience
John has been involved in settling compensation for clients affected by Compulsory Purchase Orders including the Paradise Street Development.
He prepares an annual portfolio valuation for the Derbyshire County Council pension fund and has been involved in securing vacant possession of retail and flat units in Speke District Centre for a major mixed use re-development.
