Edmund Kirby provide feasibility studies to confirm if a scheme is both commercially or technically viable.
Our feasibility report would include the results of investigations which could include planning restrictions, conservation issues, boundaries and party wall matters, land condition, and access. Where necessary site inspections and enquiries to local authorities are made on behalf of our client so that our advice can outline advantages and disadvantages.
