Edmund Kirby is noted for its specialist skills in dealing with Leasehold Reform cases under the relevant legislation. We are experienced in representing both leaseholders and freeholders at Leasehold Valuation Tribunal hearings and also in assessing and negotiating the price payable under the legislation. Our team have appeared as expert witnesses before Land Tribunals and courts of law and have successfully helped our Clients to the best satisfactory outcome.
