The issue of Notices, negotiation and agreement of Party Wall Awards for both developers and adjoining owners.
We undertake work under the Party Wall etc Act 1996 accepting appointments from the Building Owner or the Adjoining Owner. In certain cases we take appointments from both owners jointly in the capacity of 'agreed' surveyor.
The Party Wall etc Act 1996 applies throughout England and Wales.
